fedi:multispend_disabled

Use this to restrict the option to convert a groupchat into a Multispend group.

Multispend will be disabled (this flag will be true) by default while the feature is in beta, then will be enabled by default when it is ready for production.

Guardians can override these defaults by setting this field.

This may be deprecated in the future.
