fedi:max_stable_balance_msats

Number value in millisats that limits stable balance deposits.

When set, users will be prevented from making deposits if their stable balance greater than the specified amount.

Note that stable balance is an experimental feature and can only be enabled using the stability_pool_disabled meta field.
