Launch a Federation

First, launch your servers!

Each server typically takes ~5 minutes to start depending on your configuration options. While you wait, watch the How-To Video below for a quick overview of the setup process.

If you choose to sync a local Bitcoin node, it could take 1-2 weeks before you can proceed with the setup process.

Each Guardian launches a Fedimint Guardian server.

ONE Guardian will act as the Setup Leader.

After you've launched your servers and watched the video, you're ready to start the setup ceremony!
